Middleman services should be used if at all possible to help avoid scams.

No scamming obviously.
Thread bumping is not allowed, if no one wants your product/service let it die.
Any software being posted must have an attached VirusTotal scan.
When you buy/trade/sell, the product/service should be delivered within 24 hours of payment, otherwise it will be considered a scam.
If you steal thread styles/imgaes/content from another persons post you will have your thread deleted and be banned from further posting.
