Run EXE
Click Load
Run Any HL1 Game (Some People Can Run EXE & Load While Ingame)

Workarounds
----------
Try disabling steam communities In-game GUI
If you get a cl_dll error, open the game then once the start page has loaded, load SSE
If your game hangs when trying to join a server, start the game, join the server,
before you choose a team, load SSW
If your game crashes when trying to inject SSW, make sure its allowed in your AV
Change sleep time until it works. Usually 50-300 is good. If not 500,750,1000 May work.

thanks i'll update this link everyday to check if you done it.

first off I wanted to say thanks for updating this. ive tried all your workarounds and none of them have worked. whenever i get the hack loaded when cs is open, I just get a "counter-strike has stopped working" pop up. If I try loading it before, cs won't open/load. I have disabled my antivirus and have tried adjusting the sleep time as well.

I am running windows 7 if that makes any difference.

what antivirus do you have? also have you tried using the new loader? http://0v1.org/SSWL-1.rar ?
Try that one first and see if the cheat will inject using that one with a reasonable sleep time (50-1200).

and im using norton antivirus, but i always disable autoprotect b4 i try loading the hack, at least thats what I had to do with v5.2
