Re: Anyone? To clarify, its more about a cyborg police (this is like 2025 or something) taking many different jobs all directed to find "The Laughing Man" (his icon being Jimster's avatar) -- a legendary hacker in story.
Its an ok manga but the anime is terribad, so many explanations are left out.
