i was wondering if someone can give me a tutorial on how to make my own ventrilo server
using vista? i would appreciate it xD

Here you go, but remember you can only have a max of 8 people on the server unless you buy a license. Also remember there will be a lot of lag when running vent on a home connection.

1. Download and install http://www.ventrilo.com/dlprod.php?id=101
2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\VentSrv and edit your ventrilo_srv,ini to your liking,
3. If you want it to run the whole time your PC is on open a command prompt and run ventrilo_svc -, otherwise just open ventrilo_srv
