Which is better The old Trinitron screen Or the new LCD screens today Or The New LED sceens of SAMSUNG?

My question is:
Is the trinitron tube still better at colors than LCD? Cause when i look at LCD screens they seem sorta crystal like in color.
Some kinda metallic look to the images/desktop. They are made from Quartz crytals arent they?...
The new LED screens are like a light show. So much vibrance. But ive never seen one in person only in website.
